EVP, Client Services

I believe... the cup is half full (at least).

You’ll hear this from everyone at RAZR, but it really is simple. If you’re not relevant, tell me what’s the point? I believe this applies to every interaction. Certainly between us and our clients and partners. It is also a crucial component of any successful program design as we work to ensure that any and all interactions our clients have with their customers and employees are relevant.

Be Relevant

The execution of our ideas. I am driven to find that perfect solution and I love seeing the ideas become tangible. There is nothing more rewarding than holding a mail package or brochure you helped to design.

Passion

Caring, passionate, energetic

Self description

To be a banker serving farmers (I’ll bet you would have never guessed that). I grew up on a farm and always wanted to go into business to help the family farmer. I grew to love marketing while at college and did actually get to spend a few years out of college working to start up an agricultural-related business.

Childhood dream

Without a question, it is the birth of my two children; Elizabeth and Noah.

Proudest moment

I have always enjoyed helping children and young adults to learn new things. Growing up and through college I was extremely active in MN 4-H at a state level. I now volunteer locally through the Rotary and help to facilitate Ethics and Leadership courses at the high school. I also volunteer at my church and through other local organizations in my home town.

Beyond you

PK, Shooter
